How to complete your Membership application

Fill out the online Membership Nomination Form below and hit send, or print off the PDF below and hand deliver to the Blackwood Golf Club office.

Your emailed form will be delivered to one of our friendly staff who will call you to process payment of the $100 application fee by credit card.

If you would like your membership to be paid by direct debit instalments, either monthly or quarterly, please print of the Direct Debit Form below, scan your completed form and send to info@blackwoodgolf.com.au. This form will be processed with your Membership Nomination Form.

Once your Membership Nomination has been processed you will receive a Member Welcome pack including:

  • Welcome letter
  • Your membership subscription (or details regarding your monthly direct debit arrangement)
  • Assigned GOLF Link number
  • Instructions to login to the Blackwood Golf Club Member portal to book your golf tee times
