How to complete your Membership application

Print off the PDF below and email it to info@blackwoodgolf.com.au

If you would like your membership to be paid by direct debit instalments, either monthly or quarterly, please print of the Direct Debit Form below, scan your completed form and send to info@blackwoodgolf.com.au. This form will be processed with your Membership Application Form.

Once your Membership Application has been processed and invoice paid you will receive an email including:

• Welcome letter
• Assigned GOLF Link number
• Instructions to login to the Blackwood Golf Club Member portal to book your golf tee times

Subscription Fees & Playing Times

• Membership Subscription Fees and Levies for 2025/26
• Membership Playing Rights (by category including playing times)
• Lifestyle Membership Information

Additional Fees

• Levies & Other Charges (e.g. house, capital works, bag & buggy storage, lockers & GA levies)
