How to complete your Membership application

If you are looking to join Blackwood Golf Club, please complete the Membership Application Form and the Direct Debit Request (if applicable) – this can be done by downloading the relevant form, filling it out and returning it via email to info@blackwoodgolf.com.au.

The Direct Debit Request form allows members to pay their membership fees via either monthly or quarterly direct debit instalments. If this is of interest to you, please submit the form with your application and it will be processed with your Membership Application.

Once your Membership Application has been processed and invoice paid you will receive an email including:

  • Welcome letter
  • Assigned GOLF Link number
  • Instructions to login to the Blackwood Golf Club Member portal to book your golf tee times
