No entry fee payable (this is an open championship – out of category players will be permitted to play on any of the days set aside for this event)
CONDITIONS OF PLAY
- Open to any amateur male members with full playing rights, as well as amateur male member from any other playing category (subject to paying he appropriate fee to play out of category – qualification round only) and over 55 years of age as of 8th February 2020
- Qualification will be by countback if necessary.
- The top 8 qualifiers will proceed to the Quarter Finals for 18 holes of matchplay.
- Matches that are square after 18 holes, the winner will be determined by sudden death on holes on holes, 1, 8 and 9.
- Nett prize for best score after qualifying round

36 Hole Final (Matchplay), Sunday, 29th March 2020

CONDITIONS OF PLAY
- The Club Championship is open to any male amateur members with full playing rights, as well as amateur male member from any other playing category who has played a minimum of 9 competitive rounds at Blackwood GC in the 12 months preceding the qualifying round.
- The top 8 qualifiers will proceed to the Quarter Finals.
- Qualification will be by countback if necessary.
- In case of ties after 18 holes in matchplay, winner will be determined by sudden death play-off on holes 1, 8 and 9.
- The Junior Championship will be determined by the player who has the best gross score over 36-holes. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by countback
- To be eligible for the Junior Championship entrants must be under 21 years of age on 14th March 2020

Final (18 Hole) Match Play, Sunday, 29th March 2020. Presentations will follow completion of play at about 5pm

- The A Grade Cup (handicap 7 – 12), B (handicap 13 – 18) & C Grade (handicap 19 – 36) Championship is open to any amateur male member with full playing rights.
- The top 8 qualifiers per grade will proceed to the Quarter Finals for 18 holes of matchplay.
- A tie for 8th spot will be determined by a count back.
- Quarter, Semi and Final to be played as per draw. Details will be shown on website and noticeboard.
- Tie in final to be decided by sudden death played on holes 1, 8, and 9.
