Latest Dress Code Policy

The Course and All Practice Facilities

Clothing must be appropriate for golf on the course and all practice facilities.

Soft spike and moulded-sole golf shoes or flat-soled training shoes must be worn at all times

Men

  • Men are required to wear trousers or tailored shorts
  • Shorts with side pockets are permitted (cargo shorts).

Women

  • Women are expected to wear pants, three-quarter pants, shorts or skirts.

Men and Women

  • Sport socks to be predominantly WHITE. Sockettes/Ankle socks to be white OR matching the predominant colour of the golfer’s outfit

Not Permitted (both Men and Women)

  • Denim jeans, active/gym wear (e.g. lycra attire), t-shirts, tank tops, pool/beach wear, tracksuits and football shorts are strictly not permitted, NOR is clothing with excessive advertising or offensive logos.
  • Business Socks with shorts

 

In the Clubhouse

  • Dress, which is acceptable for wearing on the course, is also suitable for wearing in the Clubhouse.
  • The clothing must be clean, neat and tidy attire in the Clubhouse at all times
  • Jeans are permitted in the clubhouse provided they are not ripped.
  • Golf shoes are permitted in the Clubhouse

Not Permitted (both Men and Women) in the Bar(s)

  • Caps, visors and hats
  • Thongs (Sandals may be worn)
  • Active/gym wear (e.g. lycra attire), t-shirts, tank tops, pool/beach wear, tracksuits and football shorts are strictly not permitted, NOR is clothing with excessive advertising or offensive logos.

The Club reserves the right to maintain and enforce proper standards of dress on the course, all practice facilities and in the clubhouse.
