What this hole lacks in length it makes up for in the demand for accuracy. A sharp dogleg left at around 200m from the tee it is rarely a hole that you can use driver. To have any opportunity to reach the green in 2 requires a strong right to left tee shot with a hybrid or 3 wood. If this is achieved you can set up a shot from around 200 metres to the green, but it is all carry, strategically positioned bunkers await any errant shot to the green. The hole is often played with a hybrid from the tee a medium iron down a tight fairway and short wedge into a generous green that offers a variety of interesting pin positions.
Ladies 414m / Par 5
Long hitters need only use a 3 or 5 wood off the tee and same comments as for the the men on this hole.
